Find the right starting pointUsually 30–60 minutes. We reserve a full hour. A discovery conversation to explore fit and next steps; project deliverables are separately scoped.
Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Eastern. Appointments begin November 23, 2026. November 25–27 are unavailable. The calendar shows current openings in your selected time zone.
Please book at least 24 hours ahead. Sessions outside these hours are available by special appointment only, subject to availability and a separately agreed premium. Request a special appointment.
If the calendar does not load, open the scheduler in a new tab. Your appointment is confirmed only after the required payment is completed. Meeting details will be confirmed before your session.
Pay for the full five- or ten-hour package and reserve your first 60-minute session here. That meeting is part of your hour bank. Agreed preparation, review, research, and follow-up also draw from the same balance, tracked in 15-minute increments. We arrange remaining sessions through your client project after confirming your balance; you do not purchase the package again for each meeting.
Launch suites, research reports, implementations, and other deliverable-based services begin with an agreed scope. Small-business projects use a 70% deposit and 30% on completion, before final handoff. Government fees and approved outside costs are separate and funded in full before we incur them. Explore the project menu.
Chynna’s marketing strategy, email campaigns, campaign management, and performance analytics are arranged by inquiry. Tell us about your marketing needs and we will confirm scope and scheduling.
